Chuck E Cheese

We took the girls to Chuck E. Cheese today. I truly hate this place. It's sensory overload in the word sense of the phrase. Sounds. Lights. Smells. Ugh. But, we promised Ainsley a trip if she was good, so here we are...

Ainsley and Addison playing Skee Ball. Who knew it would be so tough putting two lefties next to each other...

Addison was obsessed with this slide. She went down it at least 50 times.

Each time Addison came down the slide, she would do this. It was hysterical.

Tinkle, Tinkle Little Saaaaarrr

Addison has been singing Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star for a few weeks now, and we kept saying we needed to get her on video singing. I FINALLY got my chance this weekend in the car...she totally cracks me up when she sings it, because she starts out ok and then starts making up words...then she always seems to launch into the A-B-C Song...very funny...

And, yes, she's in her pajamas...lay off...we were on a Sunday morning breakfast taco run.

Ainsley ♥s Ileana

Today we went to Carter's (my 6-year old nephew) birthday party at the indoor swimming school my sister-in-law manages. It's a really nice place (and warm), so the girls were really excited to get in the water. Jeff's girlfriend, Ileana, was there, and Ainsley LOVES her. She insisted on getting a picture with Ileana while we were there, and then I caught another a few minutes later...

Ainsley and her favorite person EVAH (yeah...it's not me...I'm not bitter...at ALL)

Ainsley playing with Ileana's hair. I thought she was a great sport to let Ainsley do this considering she and Jeff were going to see The Lion King later in the evening and there was no telling how tangled it was after Ainsley got her hands on it...

I Wuv Uuuu

We've been trying to get Addison to say "I love you" for awhile now...she finally said it...and even on video! I could watch this a thousand times and not get tired of it...

Move Over Saks, Here Come Some Real Window Dressers

It was a CRAZY cold day for San Antonio, so getting out of the house was out of the question. Mommy found a box of window paints, so we decided to decorate the windows a little "...for Santa..." as Ainsley told me.

The girls had so much fun painting the windows (and themselves). These paint sticks are really cool...and *fairly* easy to clean up...

One Little, Two Little, Cute Little Indians...

I have no doubt these hats are totally non-PC, but little kids look darn cute in them. They each made their own at school and decided tonight to put them on and run around the house like, well, wild indians...
